How much are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery (2nd class postage) is £3.75 for mainland UK. Next Day delivery is £5.99 for mainland UK.
If you live anywhere below, please get in touch for additional postage charges. Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.
How will my product be sent?
Your order will be sent using an appropriate next working day service. Dependant on the value of your order it may be sent by Royal Mail or Third Party Carriers. A signature is usually required upon receipt for orders.
When will I receive my order?
We will despatch your order within 2 working days. It can take up to 3 working days after despatch for you to receive your order.
Any items out of stock will normally be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. We will inform you if it will take longer.
If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you (there will be an additional cost for special deliveries).
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after your order has been submitted. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return the goods at their own cost. Once returned and the goods are found to be unused and in their original packaging we will refund your money
Please contact us as soon as possible and if orders have not been dispatched, we will refund your money immediately.
If you are not happy with the products you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us, unused, within five working days. We will be happy to provide a refund or you can arrange to exchange them for other products. Please return unused and in their original packaging. Items returned to us that arrive damaged (or are lost) will not be credited and the delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded. If the package is lost or stolen, unfortunately, you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail, therefore we strongly advise you to send your returns using a recorded delivery service or at the very least attain proof of posting.
Upon receipt of the return your refund will be processed within seven working days. Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected
If your goods are damaged in transit to you, they will be replaced at no extra cost with free delivery. Please inform us by email of any damage within three days of receiving the order describing the issue (photos would be helpful). We can then decide whether there is a need to return them to us. Upon receipt of the return or a decision made to dispose of your products, your refund will be processed within seven working days.
